$2,500 SCHOLARSHIP FOR CANADA

How do you qualify for the $2,500 scholarship offer for Canada?

You may qualify for the $2,500 scholarship offer if you:

  • are an international student looking to study a post-secondary program of at least 1 academic year
  • exhibit adequate proficiency in written and spoken English (either through past education or a language exam)
  • able to apply for a study permit

How will the scholarship be awarded?

The $2,500 scholarship for international students for Canada will be awarded on a first-come, first served basis. The amount will be deducted from the tuition fee due for the first academic year.

What are the requirements to apply?

At a minimum, requirements to apply for the $2,500 scholarship for Canada are:

  • bio-data page of your current passport
  • secondary diploma and transcript of records
  • post-secondary diplomas and transcripts of records
  • resume
  • proof of English proficiency (either past education or language exam – to be determined case to case)

What are the benefits to studying in Canada?

Studying in Canada as an international student offers the following benefits:

  • You can bring your family with you. Your spouse or common-law partner can work full-time and your minor children can study for free.
  • You can work part-time while studying (we’ll help you find a job).
  • You can apply for a post-graduation work permit and work full-time.
  • After gaining relevant work experience, you may qualify to apply for permanent residency.
  • After 2 years as a permanent resident, you can apply for citizenship.

How long is the processing time for the study permit and what are the processing fees?

Processing times vary depending on where it is processed, and can take between 1-3 months.

The processing fee for a study permit is C$150. For accompanying family members, each person’s processing fee is C$100. A group rate of C$500 is also offered for a family of 5 or more.
