Family reunification is one of the pillars of Canadian immigration. Through the Canadian Family Class Sponsorship Programs, Canadian citizens and permanent residents can sponsor their spouses or common-law/conjugal partners, dependent children, parents and grandparents, and other relatives.
(Mobile users: Swipe the tab content to the left or right to navigate to the other categories.)
You can sponsor your spouse, common-law partner or conjugal partner of at least 1 year for permanent residency to Canada. Proof of relationship will be required.
You can sponsor your dependent children who are under 22 years old and single. You may also be able to sponsor orphaned nieces and nephews, grandchildren, and adopted children.
You can sponsor your parents and/or grandparents to Canada, along with their dependent children. There are limited slots each year, and you will need to meet selection criteria.
Are you single and alone in Canada, without any relatives? If your parents and grandparents are deceased, you may be able to sponsor any relative regardless of age or relationship.
Our Approach is Key to Your Success
EXAMINE – what do we need to put together a solid case?
PLAN – how do we present your situation in the best possible light?
PREPARE – how do we assemble and justify gathered documents?
ANTICIPATE – what are the possible obstacles and how do we avoid them?
LET’S MAKE IT HAPPEN TOGETHER.
