What is the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program?
The Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program is a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) for Canadian immigration by the province of Saskatchewan. Applicants apply directly to Saskatchewan, and Saskatchewan nominates accepted individuals to Immigration, Refugee, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) for immigration.

Saskatchewan currently has 3 immigration streams: (a) Saskatchewan Experience Category, (b) International Skilled Worker Category, and (c) Entrepreneur Streams.

- have at least 1-year post-secondary degree/diploma
- can meet minimum language proficiency requirements (CLB 4 and above)
- have a 60-points pass mark in the points grid system
- a job offer may be required
- a settlement plan may be required for international applicants
Who can apply for the Saskatchewan Entrepreneur Program?
You may qualify for the Saskatchewan Entrepreneur Program if you:
- invest at least $200,000
- have a net worth of $500,000
- own at least 1/3 of the business or invest $1,000,000 (if not fully owned)
- minimum 3 years’ business/management experience in the last 10 years
- can create at least 2 full-time jobs
Who can apply for the Saskatchewan Farm Owners/Operators Program?
You may qualify for the Saskatchewan Farm Owners/Operators Program if you:
- have a net worth of $300,000-$500,000
- able to submit a good faith deposit of $75,000
- have farm operation knowledge and experience
- marketable employment skills may be required for young farmers
Can family members accompany the principal applicant?
Yes, you can bring family members that you declared in your Saskatchewan PNP (SINP) application. These include:
- your spouse or common-law partner
- your dependent child (<22 years old)
- your spouse or common-law partner’s dependent child
- a dependent child of a dependent child
