Come as a Tourist, Find Opportunities to Stay

FEES & PROOF OF FUNDS

What you will pay:
  • Professional fee for tourist visa: starts at C$1,100
  • Visa and biometrics fees: C$185
Funds needed for show money:
You need to show you have funds to pay for your travel and stay in Canada. There is no minimum amount required but we recommend having at least C$10,000. (If you have been invited by a relative or friend in Canada to visit, they may act as a financial supporter for the application and provide their bank statements.)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Main requirements are proof of funds (as discussed above) and home ties (reasons why you need to return to your home country after your vacation in Canada). We will work with you to find ways to strengthen your funds and home ties.
  • Additional requirements will depend on your circumstances. At the start of the engagement, our consultant will send you a questionnaire. Your answers will allow her to determine what other documents will be needed to support your application.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • There is no interview for this application.
  • Processing time varies and depends on the number of applications on queue at the visa office. Based on experience, minimum processing time is 1 month.
  • Once you have a tourist visa, you can enter Canada. While in Canada, you may look for opportunities to lengthen your stay, such as applying for a study permit or LMIA work permit.
  • The validity of the tourist visa will match the validity of your passport minus one month. Maximum stay per visit is 6 months.
  • You may apply to extend your stay in Canada without leaving the country.
  • You will be working with a licensed and Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC).

LET’S MAKE IT HAPPEN.

We firmly believe that our clients’ success is our success. We have the experience and expertise to assist you in applying for a visitor visa, and the knowledge on how to best prove your intention to leave Canada at the end of your stay.

We commit to ensuring that each application package is accurate and complete to avoid delays and errors that waste your time and resources.
