FROM STUDENT TO IMMIGRANT
Going to Canada as a student has many benefits – world-class education, global networking opportunities, and cultural experience. To those who fall in love with Canada, it can also be an easier pathway to permanent residency. Here’s how the transition happens:
First, come to Canada as a student! You can bring your family, you can work part-time, and your spouse can work full-time. Your children can study for free too.
Second, you may need a co-op work permit while studying. Some study programs have a paid co-op (aka, internship) component, where you can gain valuable real-world experience and build your network.
Third, upon graduating, you can apply for a post-graduation work permit. Apply what you have learned in the Canadian workplace! Your work experience may qualify you to apply for immigration.
OTHER
Here are some other areas of interest. First up, a scholarship offer for international students! Secondly, if your visitor visa or study permit is expiring, you need a visa extension. Don’t delay or else you will lose your status.
We have a scholarship offer of $2,500 to eligible international students! You may be able to avail of these savings on your tuition fee when you apply for a study permit to Canada.
To continue staying in Canada, you must have an active visitor visa. To continue studying in Canada, you must have both an active visitor visa and an active study permit. If yours is expiring or has expired, you need immediate assistance.
