What is the New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program?
The New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program is a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) for Canadian immigration by the province of New Brunswick. Applicants apply directly to New Brunswick, and New Brunswick nominates accepted individuals to Immigration, Refugee, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) for immigration.

- invest $250,000
- have a net worth of $600,000 with half in available funds
- have experience in owning or managing a business in the past 5 years
- are between 22-55 years old
- can create at least 2 full-time jobs
- have a 2-year post-secondary education
- meet minimum language requirements (CLB 5)
- have a 65-points pass mark in the points grid system
Who can apply for the New Brunswick Post-Graduate Entrepreneurial Stream?
You may qualify for the New Brunswick Entrepreneurial Stream if you:
- completed a 2-year full-time eligible post-secondary degree in New Brunswick
- lived in New Brunswick during the entire academic program
- have owned and operated a business in New Brunswick for 1 year
- can create at least 1 full-time job
- meet minimum language requirements (CLB 7)
- have a valid post-graduation work permit (PGWP)
